@dayooper , Thanks for that info. I logged in this morning and saw that I had the $371 Club Dues due on one of my Las Vegas contracts. Weird that I didn't notice it when I paid all of my maintenance fees before the end of 2024.

They usually assign the club fees on the first one you purchase.

I thought that the fee used to show up on the MF bills, and I never paid attention to which contract it was assigned to. I also don't remember which one I bought first, ha ha. And I also didn't realize that we had 45 days to pay. I think this means I don't pay close enough attention to my bills  .

Thank you! We are elite, so guess I'll have to pay close attn if we buy anymore resale to make sure they don't try to give us "free max" as a way to try and take our elite status away if I buy resale.

Went to an update recently and told the sales guy Max was a downgrade for us (Thanks to all the info I have found here. Tuggers are awesome!) He was visibly upset and after 2 other closers we were able to walk away in under 2 hrs.
Wow. The sales weasel and two closers. Two hours? Sounds brutal.

I called. After 1/2 hour of being placed on periodic hold, they gave me an email address and requested that I put the request in writing. I even quoted Appendix 1 of the Disclosure Statement for 2025 (attached). I sent the email and let's see what happens. My guess is I won't receive a reply.;)
Yesterday, I received this email from owner services:

I am reaching out to you regarding your recent communication with us, I am happy to assist you with upgrading your regular dues to Inclusive Dues, the difference will be $152.00. You may respond to this email with the last 4 numbers of the card you would like to use. You may also contact a Club Counselor over the phone to collect the payment.

Sincerely,

So I called this AM and paid the difference. So far, system not updated. Has me as MAX still but any Bhc or Legacy reservation still requires a $79 reservation fee. So I emailed Ms. Soto that I still don't have "Inclusive Dues." Naturally, I received a return email that she is out of the office until next week. I'll wait a few days and see if the system updates to eliminate the reservation fees.

I think mine switched over night when i paid the difference and paid the 219. Also, within a week the membership type will likely change from bhc legacy to bhc.
