Have the club dues been billed yet?

Has everyone been billed their club dues for 2025? I have not yet. I wonder (and am very curious about) if it is because I am a “FreeMax” member, and the system can’t figure out what I am or how I should be billed.

Yes, we have been billed for our Blvd. and W. 57th contracts. Of course, it has the usual "due no later than January 1, 2025" wording when it's really February 15, 2026 for our particular contracts

Edit: My comment was about MFs, but this includes club dues.

Yes, back around October 3. Maybe those with "FreeMax" also get free club dues. Were you billed for AI under West 57st?

Normally, they are part of the "first" ownership that you owned HOA bill.

I got MAX Nov last year. I was free MAX before that and my reservation at Desert Retreat (HGV), with a large point discount sale, was honored.

Did you purchase a deed this year? I had that happen last year on one i purchased and this year for the newly purchased deeds. They eventually billed me last year though. Still waiting for this year's purchased deeds to be billed.
