Does anyone know what happened on his selling his timeshare to Ken R at JMG Vacations?
I was contacted him as well about the time share we have listed on this site for free. He is offering to up our unit for free as long as I pay half of the closing costs ($250). I am not to pay the $250 until the deed has been transferred to his name. One question is how do I verify that it has been transferred?

Just wanted to clarify a few details regarding the property sale:

The property you sold me is located in Westin, Florida, specifically in Broward County, not Orlando. Bonaventure indeed has multiple properties. The recording for this transaction is not available online just yet, as the document was only received by the closing office earlier this week.

We are still waiting on the waiver from DRM, and the executed document cannot be recorded until that waiver is received. As per our agreement, I paid the upfront costs, and you’ll cover your portion once the legal change of ownership is finalized.

Once the recording is complete, closing will forward you a copy, which will include the stamp from the Broward County recorder. Of course, you will be able to verify that by checking the official Broward County records website. Closing will notify you once it’s been recorded and forward you a copy. Just heard from Ken R. Texas has been closed due to weather this week. And there have been multiple problems with DMR over the last few months regarding not acknowledging receipt of paperwork that was submitted. Hopefully everything is on track again.
