Our 55th anniversary fell on Aloha Friday, so we went to our favorite Twin Cities restaurant for dinner, the Lake Elmo Inn. DW had roast duck and I had ono fish garnished with a pineapple chutney and an orchid.

Just a quick update. I'm still in the hospital. My numbers are headed in the right direction but they are moving very slow. They changed up my IV and some meds so we'll see tomorrow.

Well, looks like I'm being transferred to either Oahu or Maui to get the kidney stone removed. It hasn't moved and it's causing other issues.

They are making the arrangements. I probably be leaving in the early evening. We have a place lined up on each island for Kim to stay at. We just have to find out which island until we can book it.

Luckily, it hasn't been too bad but the stone is just causing a bunch of other problems.

Sounds like they need equipment to do Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL). I haven't needed it but DW did. What a relief it was for her after they broke it up. Hope you don't have to wait too long.
