Happy Aloha Friday

I had the stone removed last night. No Shockwave, they had to use a laser. More IV's now. I'm still out of range on a few things but not really far out. I'll see what the doctor says later.

I have had a Kidney Stone twice. Luckily they passed on their own. Though with the first one the pain was immense. I remember dropping from the Dinner Table to the floor. After the 2nd one my Doctor had me carry Pain Killers at all times for several years. It has been over 20 years since my 2nd Kidney Stone.

I'm very please you had laser surgery. It is very effective.
Jeff, you may have to change your diet and eating habits.

Wishing you a speedy recovery recovery. Please take it easy for a couple of days and no heavy lifting.

The good news was that this doctor found that I was producing too much Uric acid. That sounds like the cause of the kidney stones. There is some medication they will put me on and it should prevent me from getting the kidney stones again.

That is good news from the Land of Paradise.

After my 2nd Kidney Stone I gave up the little soda pop I drank. I did not even keep any in the House for guests. I drastically increased my water intake, especially in the summer. No more Kidney Stones.

I've had them a few times but most of them dissolve using the lemon juice treatment. The last one was a couple of months ago and resulted in hermaturia. My wife freaked out and sent me to the doctor. The doctor ordered a bunch of tests which included a MRI and all came out clean. The last test is the cystoscopy which I'm not looking forward to, lol.

In many situations I always remind myself that "this too shall pass".

@slip Glad to hear you are on the mend.

One key as we get older, IMHO, we should drink more
water to avoid some health issues.

Easyrider, please look at the amount of Sodium, Sugar and Sugar Added in some sodas. Those numbers are to high for some senior citizens.

Good morning young man. I pray you are having a better day than yesterday.
Please chill as the new X Generations causes it in 2025.

I'm being discharged now. I have a new prescription to take and hopefully it will help.

We are going too stay in Waikiki a few more days as long as we are here. Kim has been staying at the Wyndham Garden Inn. It's fairly close to our old apartment.

I want to Thabk everyone for all the prayers and well wishes!!!!🤙🏻

Jeff, congratulations you are going home to receive that TLC from Kim.
Your new prescription will work.

This is great news!!!

Happy Aloha Friday!!! We head back to Molokai at 10am today. I will have to come back to Oahu next week for a followup appointment and to have the stent removed.

This week's picture keeps us here on Oahu at the Imperial Waikiki on the 26th floor at the owners lounge. This is a great feature of this resort. They have activities up here amd you can come up just to relax and enjoy the view.

Enjoy and have an Awesome Aloha Friday and a Great Weekend!!!🤙🏻🌴🌺😎

Happy Aloha Friday from Salem Oregon. We are back from our 3.5 week to Canada yesterday. It was a long drive back from Vancouver. It started badly with construction on Hwy 99 in Canada. Then every 50 or so miles there was a car accident. So it took 10 hours. Today it is suppose to be 102°F in Salem. It is suppose to be in the high 90's or over 100 for several days.

Happy Aloha Friday. I'm getting close to finishing most of this summers project in time for fall planting.

Happy Aloha Friday! So glad you are on the mend, Jeff! We are back in Hades, Northern CA, where it is supposed to be 103 🔥 today. I'm busy picking and freezing all of the produce that ripened while we were in Nevada. I really love this big purple bell pepper:

Aloha from Kaneohe. It's currently 78 and cloudy. Great week overall. Here are some pics of the B-52 from the airshow.
