Happy Aloha Friday

Happy Aloha Friday from Reno! Today, we were supposed to fly to Cape Cod for a week, and then on to PA for a few days. But after the airlines changed every single one of our flights so none of them matched up any more, we cancelled the whole trip, and we are going to our timeshare at the Hyatt High Sierra, Lake Tahoe, tomorrow instead. It is supposed to be cool and sunny all week, and I hope we will see some fall color.
Seems like every year I have trouble with flights changing for our Hawaii trip. I book way in advance, and now I always book refundable tickets. We stop over for a night on the west coast. If we have to change the stopover city because Alaska changed the flight, then we also have to change the Delta flight home.

Happy Aloha Friday from south central Wisconsin. Will be heading to Kauai in three weeks. First time visitor 😁 Hope Kilauea stays quiet, because I don't want to "have to" 😉 island hop over to see it in person.
We like all the islands, but Kauai has been our favorite for over 20 years. If you like jungles, mountains, hiking and beaches, Kauai is a great choice. If you like clubs and nightlife, Kauai is the wrong island. Nightlife in Poipu is usually turning on the light on the lanai and watching the geckos eat the bugs. 😁

You'll have a Great time. How long are you staying?

Happy Aloha Friday. We were in Moab all week. Played on the Jeep play grounds, did some hiking at Arches and enjoyed the Worldmark Moab resort. It was definitely an adrenaline rush on the climbs and a fun time with family and friends.

Happy Aloha Friday!!! Someone turned off the Trade Winds again. The last couple days have been very still. We even had to turn our fans on.

This week's picture takes us to the West side of Molokai and over to Kepuhi Beach at sunset. We'll be staying on the West side in a couple weeks so we'll enjoy the change of scenery for a week.

Enjoy and have an Awesome Aloha Friday and a Great Weekend!!!🤙🏻🌴🌺😎

Happy Aloha Friday from Salem Oregon. We have had a big change in the Weather. From Highs in the 70's to Highs in the 50's. I now wear long sleeve shirts outside. Also Mt Hood may get it its first big dump of snow for the Season in the next couple days.

Happy Aloha Friday from the First Coast! It is a rainy morning here and the rain will continue until tomorrow afternoon. 🌦️ 🥱 On the bright side, morning temps are going to be in the low to mid 60s with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Fall in northeast Florida! I love it!

Everyone have a great weekend, and I hope your favorite team wins. Unless you’re an auburn (hated rival) or Missouri (Bama’s opponent tomorrow) fan. ;)

Happy Aloha Friday.. We found Mill Creek near Moab after a day of Jeep fun. It's about a mile hike to the swimming hole. On the way through this canyon are petrographs and cliffs. Swimming in this waterfall pool and jumping off the ledges is a fun way to cool off.

Happy Aloha Friday. Well, the rainy season has kicked in for us on the Windward side. It's currently 73 with a high of 85 today. It's been raining this past week...but as they Nitty Gritty Dirt Band sang, "if we're ever going to see a rainbow, we have to stand a little rain". Here are pics from 2 different days Oct 5th and 6th. Same exact place on both days.

Happy Aloha Friday!!!! Halloween must be getting close. We saw some basketball sized pumpkins in the stores for $21.99.

This week's picture keeps us on Molokai and takes us to Ironwoods Golf course. This picture is from the Sixth hole, looking back over the Fifth and Fourth Fairways. We enjoy this time of year when there aren't many on the Golf course. In another month or two there will be more people out on the course.

Enjoy and have an Awesome Aloha Friday and a Great Weekend!!!🤙🏻🌴🌺😎

Happy Aloha Friday from The First Coast! It has been a wonderful week weather-wise here in Northeast FL with mornings in the low 60s, afternoons hovering around 80, and high skies of azure blue.

I saw this big guy by one of the lakes this morning on my walk. They are beautiful birds and this one wasn’t scared of me at all. I got to within 10 feet of it.

Happy Aloha Friday! We got home from the Sierras last night after a week at the Hyatt in Incline Village & a week at our home in Reno. While we were there, the Sierras got their first major snow fall of the year, which is quite early, and great for the perpetual drought conditions in CA & NV! We are home for 5 weeks and then headed for Kauai.

View from our Reno patio: (Our house is on top of a hill, on the west side of Reno, looking west toward the Sierras.)

Happy Aloha Friday! Today is our 33rd wedding anniversary! I'll put a quick post here then get ready for the day. I scheduled a couples massage for today (DW still doesn't know yet).

We took the SUPs out to the bay earlier this week, but thought I'd post different pics since I've posted several pics from the bay already.

We had a great sunset a few weeks ago and I decided to try to capture it a different way (through the window panes).

Happy anniversary to both of you!

Happy Aloha Friday. .... Our 3rd grandson turned 21 yesterday so there was a party. A bunch of friends and family of all ages showed up. We met a few new additions to the group as this year's crop of babies. Everyone looks so young. It was a fun night.

These kids were State wrestling contenders in High School. A few are paid wrestling coaches.

Happy Aloha Friday!!! It's been really windy the last few days, along with some rain but tomorrow we head over to the west side for a week at Ke Nani Kai.

This week's picture takes us over to the west side and to Kapukahehu Beach, also known as Dixie Maru Beach. The west side is the drier side of the island so hopefully we'll be able to do a picnic at the beach.

Enjoy and have an Awesome Aloha Friday and a Great Weekend!!🤙🏻🌴🌺😎
