No better way to entice a buyer than telling them to "google it" to get more info!

Yes--That is the way that it was explained to me. Obviously, a great benefit to have. I invite you to call the Resort/Condo/Timeshare(The Customer Service People are very helpful.) and ask them all your questions. Also Googling(Not sure why I was Trolled on this earlier.) or going to their website can provide great information. From my end, I can tell you that everything is current on my Ownership/Contract. Once you or someone else are "ACTUALLY" are ready to proceed--We will then three way call Owner Sevices and ask them what needs to be done. ************ I have received many questions from others --such as "What type of coffee maker is in condo" "What size bed" "Is there a Free Shuttle from airport" etcetc. Unfortunately, I have a day job- and not able to rapid respond to your questions.

Do you have the full list of perks that transfer to new owner? I know that grand 7 and 8 nothing transfers if you don’t buy it from the developer
