yay, thanks for a response on on GRO! It was actually advertised on another resale site and then when clicking, the "I'm interested/buy button" GRO sent me a contract, and quickly (minutes for initial back and forth, and then contract in hours after I sent them my info).

That is pretty strange. What other website did you initially submit your info? Is this contract asking for money to be paid? Sounds like another scam to me because Global Resort Options does not send contracts, they only forward offers to owners. This is the other problem I have with these listing companies. If they even get an offer/inquire for a specific resort, and ten people had paid them $4,000 to “advertise” their timeshare at this resort, who gets the offer?

I was contacted by GRO yesterday. They told me they could get my money back from another rental company that I enrolled with, and Offred me to sign with them for $4945!!!! GAH!!! But, then they were going to do me a favor of letting me pay it in 2 payments, and then he dropped the price to JUST $3247 USD...Unreal... Also told me they could sell my timeshare for me, and I wouldn't pay any other fees, EVER, weather I was going to rent or sell...
I first spoke to William Gray who let me to their exceptional rating on the BBB (But they are not registered) and then put on to the closer (Ken Emerick). It all felt yucky....they weren't pushy, but made me feel bad and stupid for signing on with a different company last year (Resort Options International). I just feel scammed all the way around... sigh...
I did not give them any money, and I'm going to tell them to BEAT IT...would love to hear if anyone here actually got their place rented and money in hand?!?! They told me they would be advertising my timeshare face to face with prospects at tradeshows, not just listing it on line.

No one will ever convince me they are legit. Every one of their BBB reviews look to me to be fake just the way they read. Many of the proven scam listing companies have the same lie - that they use trade shows to find renters. That is all hog wash. It will all catch up to them eventually.
Edited: BTW, their LLC is inactive according to the state of Florida. If they are still operating as a business they are doing so ILLEGALLY.

If you actually read what I wrote, I did not say anything nice about them, I was explaining what my experience was AND IT WASNT GOOD - That was really rude.
