I am looking to let go of the following timeshares:

Wyndham Grand Desert - 168,000 - $48.76/mo - BI-ENNNIAL USE EVEN YRS.
Wyndham Ocean Walk - 168,000 - $57.30/mo - BI-ENNNIAL USE ODD YRS.
Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort - 150,500 - $87.19/mo - ANNUAL

The cost of free - but buyer will have to pay the fees associated with transfer, the Wyndham Transfer fee $299 and I will have it done by LT Transfer the most reasonable company out there. Their current charges are APPROXIAMATELY $225.

These are some pretty decent deals for a person looking to start out in the resale market or add to their package.

Just an FYI, as of July 1 Wyndham has increased the transfer fee to $399.

Those 3 are technically still available but people are inquiring it’s whoever moves first.

Please note that I just require that people pay any associated transfer fees/close fees and another user let me know that Wyndham raise their transfer fee to 399 going to assume that this is accurate and true I’m just hearing about this today but I’m informing everybody as I go along..

Sorry for the newbie question, but are these Club Wyndham points that can be deposited with RCI if desired? I am keen on the Kona resort, but am not really a Hawaii fan and would want to use the points elsewhere.

The points can be used at any Wyndham non-Worldmark locations.

And you can also deposit them into RCI if you so choose so it’s really up to you RCI will let you get some more international choices versus where Wyndham probably can only do Mexico, St. Thomas and Puerto Rico for international if I remember correctly Where you would stay at an actual Wyndham resort and not need to do an exchange.

But you can pretty much go to Florida, Vegas, Myrtle Beach, Arizona, VA you name it you kind of just got a look up via Wyndham site all their available locations.

Also, please know when you go through RCI there’s an exchange fee 289 I think when you book with Wyndham there’s no fee you get a number amount of bookings per year based on the points that you have once you exceed that I believe you pay about $19 per booking unless that’s changed but that was the case just a few months ago.
