Free Woodstone at Massanutten, Casa deCampo, Week 43

My parents bought timeshares and we are looking to sell a week at Woodstone Meadows, Week 43 Casa deCampo (last week of October) as we liquidate their estate. This is an Internal Exchange unit. Each year the owner has access to one half of a 2 bedroom Casa unit. One year, the owner will get the full kitchen unit (one bedroom sleeps 4), and the next year the owner will receive the efficiency unit (one bedroom sleeps 4) on an alternating basis. The unit is paid in full. Maintenance fees are $531.00 and are due July 1. We would simply ask that the buyer pay any title or other fees associated with the sale, along with the maintenance fees for this year as they would use it this year.

Also, how long does the transfer take?

This years maintenance fees are $531. I think the transfer takes a few weeks. I have used LT Transfers in the past to make sure the deed is transferred correctly.

UPDATE: This year's maintenance fees ($531) have been paid. Still looking for a new owner who can use this timeshare.
