The 2023 points are available! We’ve been able to roll them to the next year in the past. The Welk in Escondido has 8 swimming pools, several club houses and 2 golf courses. It’s close to San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Temecula Wine Country, and others.

You can also exchange through interval international. We’ve used them to stay at Marriott Newport Coast Villas, and a Marriott in Kauai. We’ve also stayed at the Welk in Escondido, CA and Lake Tahoe. We’ve had great, memorable experiences.

STOP! Whoa! You are rushing headlong into something of which you have no clue. Honest- there is NO- ZERO- ZIPPO hurry. Resales are out there every day. They won't disappear suddenly if you wait until you understand what they are, and the costs/responsibilities of the ownership. So get your rescission letter in the mail, and hopefully wait until your money is safely back in your accounts before you commit to another one. Stick around TUG. Learn. We don't have anything to gain by lying or overpromising something you'll regret later. Timeshares are WAAAY easier to buy than to sell, so PLEASE, take it slow.

Take it easy. And remember, there is no right of rescission on a resale. You CAN'T just change your mind if that freebie doesn't meet your needs. I saw that your goal was to provide your kids with great memories. I have NO idea how old your kids are, but by the time they are old enough to know what kind of memories they want, there will be any number of ways to build them that we can't even imagine now.
