I'm giving away my two weeks timeshare at the Imperial Hawaii Resort in Waikiki. It's for an Ohia suite, with options to upgrade.

Rooftop pool, block from the beach, in the heart of Waikiki! It's a great spot. Each week is $919 annual maintenance fee currently.

My life situation has changed and I won't be able to travel as much unfortunately, although we've had a great time at this spot.

Contact me for more details!

Pictures? Bedrooms? Sleeping capacity? Usage details? All of these details will help it go fast. :)

Thanks! I'm new to this (obviously).

Ohia suite is a bachelor with a pull out couch, and can sleep 4. Pictures are available on the resort website here.

Resort has hot tubs, rooftop pool, owners lounge on the 36th floor with an incredible view, and many events for timeshare owners. More on amenities here.

Mortgage is paid off, annual fees paid off. Ready to go! Usage year would start whenever the timeshare transfer occurred, and you get two weeks anytime you want, as long as there is an Ohia suite (or upgraded suite for a fee) available at the resort. It's been easy to book even great weeks like Spring Break, etc.

I haven't used RCI but apparently every week in this resort is a red week so easy to trade too.

Thanks!

I’m very interested. This is my favorite resort. I’m new so not sure how this works.

How do I get in touch with you to discuss transfer?
