Kahana Beach
Every other year (even years) floating week
Maintenance fees 2020: $406.38
Taxes 2020: $61.05
I haven't looked up the 2022 fees and taxes, but I will update with that. We are current.
Due to health issues, we can't really use this anymore. We would like to pass it on to someone else.
It's a great location!

It's a studio? If it was a one bedroom, I would be on it. I do love Kahana Beach, but the studios are too small.
 
I hope to see one day "San Clemente Cove free to a good owner". I'm sure someone will be so happy to get your Kahana Beach place. Aloha!
 
Just an FYI: Soleil Management charges a $550 transfer fee. I have had to pay a few of those myself. It's maddening.

Closing costs without escrow can be inexpensive through Legal Timeshare Transfers, if they still do Hawaii: readylegal@gmail.com
 
Is 2022 use year still available? Will you be paying all 2022 fees including transfer $550 mentioned? If yes, i am interested

Yes, the 2022 year is still available. We've already paid the assessment and can certainly pay the taxes. Let me look into closing costs and the transfer process so I'm sure there won't be any surprises before I answer further. Give me a day or two.

Happy to answer any additional questions about this. I get confused sometimes as to threads vs private messages, so not sure who I've told what. There's been some interest in this, but not sure if I still have an interested party or not. If I've failed to follow up with anyone, I missed your message; just ping me again.
Fwiw, I'm planning to use LT Transfers; this seems like it will greatly simplify the transfer of ownership. Excited to pass this on to someone who will use and enjoy it!
