Stay away! If you’d like emails from Andrew and John to see how they do estoppels and when they make mistake. They just lie and blame other people.

We sold a Wyndham points contract incorrectly with points available for the current year. They were not available. We offered to refund and transfer ownership out of his name, reservations through RCI and Wyndham to make up for the mistake. Eventually, we agreed that I pay the following years maintenance fees to make up for the points that weren't there, as well as an RCI booking for 7 nights. I have even thrown in a Worldmark account to go above an beyond.... Still waiting for the Worldmark account to close. After which I will update this post on the full interaction with the customer.

Bi-Yearly ownership means buyer gets a 4bed/bath every other year OR a 2bed/bath alternating sides every year.

For Massanutten, those ownerships are set up generally as an internal exchange for one 2 BR week each year out of a 4 BR Lockoff. MFs include an annual $50 charge for the internal exchange and the end result is effectively having a 2 BR week each year. Summit at Massanutten 4 BR LOs have a full kitchen on one half and a partial kitchen on the other half, so it will alternate each year on which one you get.

Edited to add that this is set up contractually at the initial purchase and I don’t believe you can cancel the internal exchange provision.
