I havent used any points yet this year so they are still available to book with

Fully paid off and up to date on maintenance fees.

8,000 points even years

Even year maintenance was 1,859.29 for this year

Off year maintenance is somewhere around a couple hundred dollars I believe.

If the buyer covers the transfer fees its all yours.

Maintenance Fees: 2026 biennial maintenance fees: Just paid (~$1,850.00)
Next off-year payment: I'm not entirely sure but it is significantly lower than on years. I believe a couple hundred
Next full maintenance fee cycle: Due Jan 1, 2028
The large 2026 biennial maintenance fee has already been paid.

Purchase price: FREE if buyer covers the transfer fees
Reason for Transfer

Off-year MFs are club dues, which are currently $230. In 2027, you can expect that to increase by $10-$20.
