1. Causeway on Gull –
htts//causewayongul.org

2. This is on Gull Lake near Nisswa, MN.

3. This is Unit 1006 for Week 38 E.
It is a beautiful multi-level unit with nearly 1,800 square feet of space, a full kitchen, two bedrooms (one upper and one lower), two bathrooms (upper and lower, with the lower bathroom having a bathtub), a hot tub, a living room area, and a deck.

Per Causeway's website: The living room features a 26-foot vaulted ceiling, a towering wall of windows to capture the spectacular views of the lake and surrounding woods, a massive stone fireplace, the finest in furnishings, plus a convenient wet bar.

The spacious master bedroom suite features a huge bathroom with a separate step-in tub, a shower designed for two, and an ample dressing area.

Step through the French doors of the master bedroom to the four-season porch, and soothe away your cares in the warmth of the bubbling hot tub.

Amenities: Eight smaller lakes can be reached by boat from Gull Lake, and seven nightclubs on Gull Lake can be reached by boat. There is an extensive list of amenities available at Causeway, not the least of which is boat rental, boat launch, both outdoor and indoor pools, a game room, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a tennis court, nature hikes, bicycles, and many more. There are also many area golf courses within a short distance from Causeway. Most amenities are seasonal.

4. This is for week 38 E, which is every other year on even years. The next reservations are for September 18, 2026 to September 25, 2026. This is the time of year when things start to slow down a bit, but the weather is usually still good, and the leaves are turning this time of year in Minnesota.

5. The maintenance fee is paid every year, but it is only half of the full maintenance fee each year since this timeshare is for every other year. Last year’s maintenance fee was $435. The maintenance fees are billed annually in late November or early December, being due on January 1.

6. This is not a timeshare that accumulates points.

7. There is not currently an Exchange Company Affiliated with this; however, the option is there to join with RCI or Interval International if so desired.

8. This timeshare is currently listed with Vacationland Ownership for Less (218-562-6450) for their minimum listing amount of $500.00 but we are willing to accept much, much less. We are willing to accept an offer of $0.00, and we will pay all fees and expenses with the transaction. Vacation Ownership has assured us that they will pass on any such offer to us if one is made. We are desperate to get out from under this. My Mother owns this. Her husband has passed away, she is 87, and is physically unable to even travel as long as it takes to get there anymore. We will pay all closing costs or any fees associated with the transfer.

Thank you for the helpful 8nformation. I will gather as much of this as I can. I couldn't find how to edit my post after it was submitted. Can I edit, or remove and repost?

Thank you,
Terri

There is an edit option at the bottom of the screen. This option is available for I think 48 hrs.

I'm sorry, but I don't see an edit option. I see the Report option, but not the Edit, History, Delete, or IP options.

You can just add the additional information right here.
Good Luck

Thank you! I was finally able to edit the original post so it now has all the correct information.
That’s great.
Most of our members use LT Transfers, most closings are under $350.

This would be a nice fall get away for someone in the Midwest who doesn't have kids in school. Don't know your mother's situation, but given her age, you could also just stop paying the maintenance fees if you can't find a taker for this. She likely won't need to be concerned with her credit score.

Yes, it would! They enjoyed it when her husband was still living. We thought about just stopping paying the maintenance fee, but I'd rather not do it that way if we can avoid it..
