What you’re getting

• Bluegreen Vacation Club – 15,000 annual points (use year begins 12/1/2025)
• Home Week: Guaranteed High-Red Week 33 at Orlando’s Sunshine Resort II, Unit 2209 (2BR, ~1,228 sq ft, sleeps 8)
• Bonus points: 10,800 points remain available through 11/30/2025. At your request, we’ll save/bank them into 2026 before transfer so you start strong.
• Mortgage: $0 (paid off)

Costs & fees

• Maintenance Fees (MFs): Paid $1,641 for 2025. Next MF not due until 11/15/2026
• Trust E Base Rate & Club Dues: $557.00 (Bluegreen standard; if you’re already BG Trust E, you’re already paying these)
• Transfer/Closing: Seller pays 100% (no upfront cost to you)
• Buyer ongoing obligation: You assumes regular MFs/dues starting Nov 2026

Usage notes

• Points can be used across the BG network (subject to availability)
• Option for early priority booking of the Home Week at Orlando Sunshine Resort II (high-red Week 33)
• Points can also be exchanged for use at RCI resorts

Transfer process

• Seller will provide you with a Purchase Agreement for signature with the agreed upon terms stated above.
• Seller will initiate the Title Transfer process with Bluegreen including payment of the transfer fee.
• Note: Bluegreen has 30 days to exercise ROFR (Right of First Refusal)

Total now: $0 out of pocket for you.
Total later: You take over MFs/dues starting 11/2026.
