Maintenance Fee: 2025 maintenance fee will be due in January 2025, approximately $1,130.
Membership Fee: HICV charges an annual membership fee of $169
Usage: First usage for new owner is 2025
RCI: 50,000 RCI points

Title Transfer: Buyer pays first $100 of closing/transfer fees and I will pay the remainder. Planning to use LT transfers.

This is a beautiful resort, with amazing pools and a lazy river! The resort is in close proximity to Disney and all the Orlando-area attractions. We have stayed at other HICV resorts (Gatlinburg and Panama City Beach) and although they are not as large as Orange Lake, they are also beautiful resorts with great service and nice amenities.

Just as an FYI, most HICV resorts including Orange Lake, lose points upon transfer. So this would be for a deeded week 37 2BR. The only HICV resorts that remain in points after a non family transfer is Myrtle Beach, Gatlinburg, and Lake Geneva, WI.
