    Anyone quit claim their time share deed?

    Looking to quit my Orange Lake resort time share. Every attempt so far has resulted in no interest in buying, or a proposed cost of $$$$ to cancel it. I was thinking of using a quit claim to return it to the resort. There's a $10-$20 processing fee plus a notary fee. Anyone else go this route...
