Has anyone experience of foreclosure? How long after defaulting did the timeshare company foreclose? And what was the process?

Many have, but most simply disappear after it was over. They have no reason to stick around and tell us how it went. Here's a thread with a ton of information, should you care to sort through it. I notice you report owning at Grandview. If your timeshare is paid for, they have a mechanism for deeding it back. There is also a bit of a market for those, but only if they are paid for and current.
