Examples of letters rescinding timeshare purchase.

Purchased from Welk on 09/14/18. After researching a bit on this site I have found that I would like to rescind. The information they gave me on the process is very limited. I only need to send a faxed form to their number to perform this function apparently? Any help would be appreciated.

Just a simple statement will do stating that you are exercising your right to rescind this purchase. Be sure to have everyone who signed the purchase contract also sign the rescission letter. You could include a copy of the first page of your contract showing the date, amount, and names of purchasers.

If your instructions specifically state that you can fax your rescission letter, be sure you have some kind of proof that the fax was sent with the date showing. You could also send your letter by certified mail so that you have a receipt from the post office showing that it was mailed within the rescission period.
