FYI for folks considering Embarc. A few months ago, I had tried to buy points at around $17-18 / pt (adjusted for current year points that were included without reimbursement). I was notified that Embarc exercised ROFR. I didn’t realize they were still exercising ROFR, but unfortunately I guess the opportunity was too good for them to pass up. I lost the opportunity and haven’t looked into it since then.

According to members in our Embarc FB group, no ROFR exercised in quite some time. We regularly have transactions between members without ROFR.

Thanks for the help! I now have my account set up with Embarc and can access it online. I got banked points with my purchase that expire at the end of may. Am I able to deposit these points into II?
