Hi,
I am a motivated HGVC timeshare buyer with some questions to ask before making a purchase. I am interested in biennial deeds, and wondering how the Elite system works with them.
1) Does a biennial deed with 14,400 pts get you an Elite status every year, corresponding years only, or is calculated 7,200pts/year and get no Elite benefits?
2) Let’s say I own an annual deed with 12,000 pt, which will get me nowhere, but if I own 12,000 pts deed every odd year and another 12,000 pts deed every even year, does it count towards 24,000 pts with Elite plus benefits, or it is just treated the same as 12,000 annual deed with no Elite benefits?
3) Also, with Biennial deeds, I still get access to Home week every year, or just the years the points were given?
Thanks in advance for you participation!
