Alpha Timeshare Consultants appears relatively new being incorporated in 2022. Not a lot of bad reviews, so far. There are concerns though. The first of course is most timeshare exit companies are outright scams. Those that are not outright scams charge thousands of dollars and do exactly what a timeshare owner could do themselves for free or a fraction of the cost.

The only “proven” strategies are giving the timeshare away, deedbacks and foreclosures. It appears that Alpha may be utilizing the last two.

Aligns perfectly with foreclosure.
“Timeshares unfortunately have no monetary value due to the fact that you don’t own anything brick and mortar.”
A false statement for deeded properties.

Alpha was incorporated in 2022. Nothing on the internet suggests they were in business prior to July 2022 when their website was created. However, they claim to have helped 15,000 since 2012. Note that the company founder would have been 14 years old in 2012 (see below).

This company/corporation, created in 2022, is reflected on the BBB with a business start date of 1985, which is undoubtedly helping their BBB rating. Note that the company founder wasn’t even born in 1985 (see below).
Alpha’s founder is 27 year old Brandon Ubiera. He loves to self promote. Check out his website. In his own website, he writes in third person “Under his leadership, the firm has maintained an impeccable reputation over three decades.” He wasn’t even born three decades ago.

Edited: From public records, the company founder was arrested for a probation violation on 1/6/23 in Orange County Florida. This is the person you will entrust your thousands of dollars to in return for a promise of getting you out of your timeshare.
