Diamond Resorts US Collection - negotiable transfer, make an offer
12,000 annual points (currently have 10,000 in 2021 and 18,000 for 2022)
Use at any of Diamond Resorts US Collection Locations - includes some in Canada and Mexico as well
Diamond just merged with Hilton and is now the largest timeshare company in the world. They are offering existing owners some great deals for upgrades, etc. This is a great way to buy into the network for little upfront costs.
Maintenance Fee: 2021 MF has been paid. Annual maintenance fee is about $2,100 (can pay monthly at $175 per month).
Usage: First usage for new owner is asap. Will arrange for 2021 stay if needed during transfer.
Title Transfer: I will pay all transfer fees.
