Diamond resorts: Cabo Maintenance Fees

Anyone hear if Cabo maintenance fees are substantially increasing? We’ve been advised to spend the money to change our ownership from the Diamond US Collection to the Cabo Collection and recoup the cost in 2yrs. It makes some sense if fees stay low. . Just hard to know what to believe.

Historically Cabo Azul MF's have always been substantially below Hawaiian Collection MF'S (our original Collection) and below US Collection MF's. We switched 3 years ago.

I do not know why this is under European Timesharing. It should be under DRI.

Past history is not indicative of future results, to quote stock market advisors..we also were presented converting our 12k us collection points to cabo for $25k...they would throw in 7500point dream holiday and a couple margaritas..couldnt see how we would recoup the $25k even if cabo maintainence fees were way lower. Did i miss out on opportunity? Gracias
