Converting CWA to deeded property

Nope. You have ARP access to all the current CWA resorts/rooms. Note that the trust can (and does) move rooms into and out of the trust.
Thanks that is what I thought. I figured Wyndham's buggy system shouldn't separate all that for each owner if it was true. It's just another sales lie. They told me they didn't want me to come back to an update in the future since I wasn't willing to "open my mind" to what they had to say. I told them to stop offering gifts and having their hosts ask me when I always say no to their first offer. I figured if I say no once to their offer if they ask again that is on them continue to ask me to attend.

I do find it funny the face they all make when I say I bought resale. They all seem to make the same disguised face.

They already know they are resale. New spiel They say they are from corporate and my account needs to be fixed. I ask them if they know Nina Middleton from corporate and they look confused. I then say are you really from corporate or are you telling me a fib. I say it works perfectly except for the one week that listed as non resale but they can't fix that. The presentation went south from there.

@nicemann I hope they didn't really call you stupid. They probably wanted to make you feel that way for not taking their advice and signing on the dotted line.

No they didn't call me stupid. Just asked me if I thought I knew it all because I trust things I read online. Trust what other owners tell me. Then dropped the line "Who do you think is smarter, someone that has been with Wyndham for 8 years as an owner and reads false information online or people that are trained by actual Wyndham and been doing it longer?" They didn't like my answer that I consider myself smarter for buying resell than people you are having spend $40,000+ right now.

I only learned about resell from this forum. My wife and I rented an Airbnb even years ago which turned out to be a Wyndham timeshare. After going to the sales meeting my wife was convinced it was a great deal. I kept telling the sales person not at this time. I went back to the room and spent the afternoon googling buy Wyndham timeshares at a discount. Starting asking people on here for advice. By the next day I was already looking for resell contracts on eBay and Sumdays. Maintenance keeps going up but it is still a good deal for the trips we can get.

I always feel bad for people that are near me in this sales meetings and they are buying at that time. Especially the new owners but I am not an ass. I don't bring up resell in the group presentation. If I can get the newbies by themselves without either of the reps being around I will mention to them to look online how to buy it much cheaper.
