Yeah, but the preseason rankings are really based on last year. They do have a tough schedule but some of those teams won’t be as good as projected and some will probably be better. The Gators may also be better. I hope so. I’d like to see them be competitive with Tennessee, LSU, even Georgia and Alabama, again. The SEC is more exciting when Florida is good.

I think the statement is more about how bad FSU is than it is about how good Boston College is. Through two games, FSU hasn’t shown that it is good at anything. The offense doesn’t have any playmakers. The QB is just as bad now as he was three years ago at Clemson. Their offensive nd defensive lines, which were supposed to be excellent, are porous. They are just a bad football team right now and have lost to two middle of the road ACC teams.

I attended NIU for a couple of years before returning to Purdue to finish my degree. Go Huskies!

Notre Dame is going to be loaded for bear when they come to Purdue next week. I don't think it will turn out well for the Boilermakers.
