Hello! I've tried researching but not sure if I am understanding this correctly with all the weirdness from 2020.
We booked Liberty Place at the end of August using saved points from 2020. We bought cancellation protection. I just canceled that reservation and it shows that the 3150 points were refunded on the cancellation, but my points balance on my dashboard didn't increase/return to what it should be.
I know the offices are closed so it's probably a glitch that can be worked out on Tuesday, but wanted to know if this was a common issue. I was concerned that with the saved points from 2020 this night cause an issue. We wanted to book another room to make sure we use our points this year but I want to make sure I'm using the right points.
