Canadian with a timeshare in Florida

Did you send your rescind letter within the legal timeframe (10 days in FL), and do you have proof of mailing? If you mailed it to the address in your contract then Wyndham still should have received it and they should honour it. If I were you, I'd send a copy of your letter and a copy of proof of mailing to the other address and tell them you are going back to Canada and will not be making any payments as you do not want this timeshare.
