Didn't this thread start because CNN reported breaking news about the war on drugs?

Seems odd that a Canadian is commentating on US news. But in my very limited experience Canadians seem to have an opinion on everything US. I wonder why that is. I have never once wondered or had an opinion on Canadian doings.

My advice: if your stuck on a boat with Americans keep your opinions to yourself .

CANADA is the USA ‘s - 2nd biggest .( was largest for many years )

Canada - 582 Billion
