Keep in mind the Dodgers and Cubs are leaving midway through the month to go to Japan. Those are two HUGE spring training draws that won't be there. I got bit last year when the Dodgers and Padres left for Korea. My house was empty for 10 days right in the middle of high season.

Good to know. Perhaps that is why my date in mid-March became available.

Other than listing fee, it sounds like I have little to lose by listing and then depositing if no one rents.

Yep. The Dodgers last game is March 11. I'm gonna ask Shohei to throw me a bone for my unoccupied dates.
