BBB St. Louis warns about new timeshare exit business with ties to F-rated company

The Better Business Bureau serving Eastern and Southwest Missouri and Southern Illinois issued a consumer warning today about a new timeshare exit business named Fountainhead Group Consulting Firm LLC.

The St. Louis-based BBB found ties between Fountainhead and F-rated Last Resort Fee. Both of those companies are operated by Jeffrey Heith Shaver. Consumers reported losing nearly $275K to Last Resort Fee, according to a June 2019 study released by BBB St. Louis.
