These are:

2 Bedroom A Penthouse.
Floating weeks 1-50.
Resale purchased
MF are $2,240 (or so) a week. (expensive, but cheap for Hawaii.)
No 2025 usage.
These are clear titles, I purchased them for cash. Not subject to ROFR.

I will cover the transfer fees.
These have no HGVC points set up. (You can join HGVC with them separately.)

Yes, there is a one-time conversion cost per week.
