It does say that but you can still book them. I have booked several. Forgot to add that when you are considered an owner when you stay there via DeX.

Good to know, as I only am trying Dex because I want a booking for next summer in Canada, and Embarc had a choice that would work for me.

Yes I saw them in there. Need June so I will have to wait a bit more.

Thanks @Sandy VDH Very strange (or maybe I never noticed)😃 Was it only for this resort? I've never booked that location.

Did you try a dummy booking?

No yet, just waiting for my deposit and bonus to be populated. That might be today sometime.

So I got my weeks and the bonus deposited. My bonus gets 2 years from date of deposit and my traditional week gets 5 years from the date of checkin.

FYI

Nice. Our bonus weeks in DEX EU are only 1 year but the deposit is 5.

This is a great find. I had no idea I could join Dex with my Bay Club. Anyone know the Tier for The Bay Club 2 BR AD5.

Look at this previous post.
Thanks. I saw that, but it wasn't clear to me that the chart was specifically for Bay Club. I assume a 2 BR is Tier 5, but not sure.

See https://tugbbs.com/forums/threads/bay-club-destination-xchange.373223/post-3173242

Between a 3 and a 6 depending on unit size and week. Regular 2 BR should be a 5 provided you don't ask for and get a gold week. I was able to request and receive a Platinum week which is Tier 5.
this is interesting so it will work similar to the way a flex week works at Charter Club where based on the week that you are able to get, it deposits in HGVC for different points.

Hi all! Bay Club owner and new TUG member here. Didn't know about DEX until reading about it here on TUG, so thank you! :)

Just got done signing up for DEX over the phone. They've extended the sign-up bonus offer to June 30th! So I got a two year membership for the price of one ($89) plus a bonus week (available for two years.) I was allowed to become a member without first depositing a week after I explained I really wanted to browse the inventory before I commit. When/if I decide to deposit, I'll have up to five years to use it. Bookings can be made up to two years in advance.

I worked with Elaina at HGV who was wonderful. She authorized sharing her contact info with any other Bay Club owners who'd like to sign up with DEX: phone 407-613-8813 option 9 ext 27432 (she's there M-F 7:30am to 6:00pm PST), email Elaina.Rodriguez@hgv.com Tell her Jean says hi! :)

Welcome newbie @Whimsey , glad you found us. Stick around and share your great trades in DEX. Hopefully someday all of HGV and Affiliate owners can join up!

Welcome. That is exactly what I didn't about 1 year ago. I also wanted to see what trades I could make and would I be interested in those trades. I found out that I was very interested and have deposited two weeks, getting two bonus weeks. I have already used one exchange and another one this September with two more book in February and May 2026.

Nice. I certainly wouldn't complain. We fought the opposite situation for our deposits initially.

Do we know what properties can enroll in DEX? Is there a list somewhere? I am always confused by what resorts are really DRI and what are affiliate with DRI. What HGVC properties are part of DEX?

The HGVC that I have seen in DEX is Plantation, Craig Lodges, Coylumbridge, Club Regency, and now Bay Club.

In addition to DRI and Embarc, there are also many partner properties in DEX, like Wyndham, Anantara, and many others.

So is any resort that shows up in the DEX guide able to deposit into DEX? There are certainly many that can deposit into DEX that are not listed.

I am not sure what the deal is with Coylumbridge. It is in the guide but it isn't an option to deposit for HGVC owners. There are many more properties in the online system than in the guide. I haven't heard about Club Regency depositing either but they are in the guide. Plantation, Craig, and Bay Club owners have received the offer to enroll and deposit.
