I am looking for some advice or someone with experience selling/transferring a Barcelo Aruba timeshare. I cannot seem to get anywhere with Occidental in the US, but I have yet to call the resort in Aruba. Very little information about my ownership is available to me. I have an account number and I know I own week 51-52 Platinum Plus. That is about it. I have no deed or certificate ownership. I have a verbal agreement with a buyer that I rent to every year, but I would like to just sell at this point and be done with it.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Do you owe a mortgage/loan balance on it, or do you own it and only pay maintenance?
