I took a few chances with double letters this morning and came out with a four. I slightly edged the NYT bot 4.0 to 4.1.

Four. Missed by one letter on line three, but it was not because of having made a wrong choice between two possibilities for the second letter. I did not think of the correct letter until I missed out on line three.
