If you subscribe to the NYT, there is an app "Wordle Bot" that grades your results against a bot. It tells you if you did better than the computer and how "good" your guesses were. It is after you solve the puzzle, so it is not hints.
for those of you who do not subscribe, this is what you can see after you play the game that day. lots of analysis if you’re into that. 😉

the last screen shot is the comparison to the bot

For me, wordle is just the first of my several word games that I play one after another, so I don't bother with analysis. After wordle, I go to Quordle Daily, Quordle Sequence, Octordle Daily, Octordle Sequence and Octordle Rescue. I used to play Blossom and I got bored with it after several months.

It took me a bit of time to get the answer today. I don’t often plug my words into Skordle, but today I did. Plug in the solution and then your words to see the possibilities.

Interesting/fun. But @jont's is easier, lol, maybe worth springing for a NYT subscription (if you like this kind of stuff (I do but I'm lazy and cheap)).

This is amazing. So many ways to shred this down! As you say, good, if you're into analysis of things. But that analysis is only as good as what happened today. Tomorrow, it may not apply. So you don't really improve your solving skills, unless I'm not seeing something.

I'm good if I can get it right in less than seven guesses. :D

I managed a three despite a brain fart on my second word.

SIX! I did an analyzer and was down to only one word left, those are things I like to see (what were my choices - it told me all the bad ones I made). I couldn't find scordle (not sure what I was doing wrong, used wordle-analyzer.com). Interesting commentary and to see what their guy would have done (he solved it in 4).

Four for me. It's really easy once you know the answer, isn't it? LOL! :D
