Anyone have email or address of general manger of Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta?

We had a terrible checkin and some room problems at Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta.
Before putting it on TUG or trip advisor I would like to get in touch with general manager for his/her comment.

If you have name and email or address I would appreciate it.

Was there last week. Since getting back and making a list of things I want to express my complaints.
 
Don't have a General Manager's contact info., but you may want to at least start with their customer service team who have helped others on this board:
