We had a terrible checkin and some room problems at Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta.
Before putting it on TUG or trip advisor I would like to get in touch with general manager for his/her comment.

If you have name and email or address I would appreciate it.

WKORV, WKV, 2-SDO, 4-Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim)
If you are still at the resort, I'd go see him/her personally.
