I have received the usual solicitation call from a Timeshares Goldline.com representative stating that people are looking for my unit. Yes I knw, the usual BS. They are based out of Searcy, Arkansas with offices all over (I verified this on the web site). Their pitch (basically a modification of the usual) was once they have a buyer, a price is agreed to, a purchase contract is signed, the buyer is screened and approved for financing, escrow is opened then and oly then do you have to put in your closing costs (in this case $2050 - highest I have ever heard of - even for a unit in Orlando area). Price of the sale is totally discretionary on the part of the seller and they only give ranges from low to high. On TUG prices are from $1000 to $7500 for a week. Who would pay more? So I ask, (1) has anybody heard of or had experience with this company either good or bad (2) any ideas what a fair price for a [specific info. deleted] go for. I will be away from this computer for several days so please e mail me mikelafemina@gmail.com. Thanks. I'll pick up on my Blackberry.

If you don't, then you should. It would save you a lot of typing time as I have seen SOO many posts of this nature that need to be answered. And the answer is generally the same. Maybe have the one general advice, the one about shills, etc. (And it is SO nice of the long-term TUGGERS to continually warn people about these scams and tactics.)
