Annual Timeshare in Vail, Summer Float wk22 - 39

We have a timeshare that is an annual summer float for weeks between 22 and 39 in Vail Colorado. We are not selling our timeshare but will transfer the deed to you for our 2-bedroom 2 bath timeshare at Eagle Point Resort for just the cost of the transfer. The annual maintenance fee for 2023 was $1042. That is about $40-$45 a paycheck for bi-weekly paychecks. We have had this Timeshare for more than ten years and love the fact that it is in West Vail away from all the congested traffic areas. The pictures of the units have not been updated but the units have. New carpet, furniture, lighting, and wall features. We have an elevator which we did not have when we purchased the timeshare in 2012. The pool is heated year-round and there are two hot tubs. There are several grills and seats outside on the deck areas for relaxing in the mountain air.
