I have simple dreams, i'm just going to build a small house, of course that small house will be sitting on my privately owned hundreds of thousands of acres...i don't need much

That's a common misconception. We don't have brothels in Clark County. People who are interested in that sort of thing usually drive an hour north to Pahrump.

And you're welcome to take Donny and Marie off our hands.
