Abound Owners Sweepstakes [MERGED]

Did you win more than once in a single entry period (weekly sweepstakes period)? Perhaps the system automatically made it so it wouldn't show you won, but a possible explanation.

From the rules;
Limit one (1) Instant Win Game win per person per Weekly Entry Period (Eligible Entrants who play additional Instant Win Games in the same Weekly Entry Period after they win will lose those subsequent games but will receive the number of entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing identified in Section 4 above).
No, I only won once on 1 day.
 
I finally received the Bonvoy points I won after emailing MVC several times. The first response was a just a quick "allow 30 business days from verification email date" I responded with the dates won and the verified dates (again) and included the number of business days that had passed. Received a response a week later and points posted! I'm happy to have the points but I don't know that I would have without multiple emails!
 
I have only received my missing Bonvoy points and my missing Interval Platinum membership. I am still missing my second win of 500 vacation club points. It is now almost three months. I have emailed Marriott twice with no response at all from them. I wonder how they will feel if I file a BBB complaint. If I don't have it in my account by tomorrow, I guess I will find out.

They will probably respond to a BBB complaint. As long as they get a satisfactory outcome, it won't hurt their rating.

What email address at MVC did you contact to get your resolution?
 
Finally received my 500 Vacation Club Points a week or so ago, after emailing owner.services@vacationclub.com twice. Initial email to them, then a second as a follow up. I never received any email response, but did notice the Pts got posted. Already put them to use...to allow me to extend 1 extra day in St Thomas next spring. Woohoo!
 
What email address at MVC did you contact to get your resolution?
Initially I sent a general request through the contact us link on owner site. I then just replied to the email they sent me several times asking for follow up. The final response with resolution I noticed was from a supervisor.
