Is there a good up to date summary chart that shows all the MVC Resort points conversion by season? Bonus would be if the Vistana resorts are included.
This MVC conversion chart was meticulously updated by @StevenTing , using inputs from TUGgers. There is no official chart from MVC.

@dioxide45 also kept one for Vistana, using inputs from folks here. It is incomplete, as it is only as good as what has been reported to him.

Aren't the points frozen for how many are needed to reserve any particular resort? If so, why would new books be needed? If the points spent do vary year to year, then I'm misinformed.
Points can vary within year, with the total for the full year unchanged.
They do not vary year by year, although exceptionally in the very early years at a couple of resorts they did but over 10 years ago now.

In general they do not. The total must stay the same but there are variations such as holidays that vary like Easter or events in the area. Here's an example where they've manipulated the points without changing the overall totals. For example, this year if you chose MGO for 7 nights starting on Friday 6/30 it's 4500 points which is the highest week total shown on the points table. However, if you chose 7 nights starting on Saturday 7/1, it's 4950 points. The same was true last year except it was 4500 vs 4825. Previous to 2022 it was just the 4500 points.

I noticed that they released the individual points charts for the resorts, so I put it all in a booklet for everyone's convenience. All copyrights belong to Marriott Vacation Club.

(@StevenTing - Please upload to vacationpointexchange as well when you get a chance)

I had to compress the file from 20MB+ to less than 2MB to get it to upload here, so the quality of the images on the pages is not great... but otherwise, it looks fine.
Thanks much!
