2026 Hilton Grand Vacations Club Maintenance Fees

Vilamoura 2025 <— yes 2025 maintenance fee has just arrived. Guess better late than never. I actually had to send 5 mails to finally get the invoice.

Since 2026 won’t be billed until after July 2026 I guess we can use 2025 as 2026.

HCNY 2026 MFs have posted. I own 11,200 HCNY points, which are sold as points and not associated with a specific room size/season, so ultimately the MFs are a straight calculation of a per point value. For 11,200 points, my HCNY MFs are:

2026 Operating Fee $2,064.30
2026 RE Taxes $267.40
2026 Reserve Fee $219.10
TOTAL $2,550.80 (or $0.228 per point, an increase of $0.0067 per point [~3.16%] over 2025 MFs)

Also, 2026 HCNY Club Fee is $390 (up from $371 in 2025).
