Amazing resort with great location near Sea World
2 Units available
Unit: 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 8, full kitchen
Special Season (weeks 1-17, 51-52)
Maintenance Fee: 2025 has to be paid by buyer : $1,805.71 for each unit, due date 2025-01-16
Usage: First usage for new owner is 2025
Title Transfer: buyer pays for transfer costs
Only selling because unable to use it for health and age reasons

It is really easy, you just need to deposit your week and find the resort you are looking for, it really only depends on the availabily of the resort you are interested in. With enough advance time you will do better, and also you can do a hotel exchange (will be fewer days but the availability is much greater) in the case you are not doing it with enough advance time. There is probably a better explanation in this forum somewhere.
