Bay Club Destination Xchange

Try RCI, lots of Bay Club owners trade there, and may not even join HGVC / DEX.

Whenever I have stayed at Bay Club the majority of people I met were long time owners that had no interest in HGVC.
 
Yes, I've used RCI for years and always had pretty good luck with them. But when I saw here on TUG that DEX was doing a two-weeks-for-one bonus deal for Bay Club members, I thought "hmm..." As I mentioned, I talked with a DEX rep who effusively promised "4000 properties" in their catalogue so I signed up, only to discover their system is incredibly frustrating to use (why don't they have a simple catalogue or website to browse like RCI does?) and even when I figured out the system, hardly anything came up for the area I was searching. Add to that the fact their customer service seems non-existent. Anyway, mistake made and lesson learned: stick with the known quantity of RCI.
