Why is there this new charge listed for NCV [exchanges]?

Hello! This is me trying to exchange my NCV to a different week NCV…why is there this charge???

That's your exchange fee. I suspect you're exchanging with an unerolled Marriott week? They are now showing all costs upfront.
 
It is our deeded week. Marriott to Marriott isn’t discounted? I guess I never really paid much attention.

The regular exchange fee is $249. The Marriott to Marriott fee used to be $169 until sometime in the last year or so. The fee is now $199 and has been for a while.

When did you buy your week?
 
This one was a gold one we purchased couple of years ago…not our summer weeks from the early 2000s.
