new owner portal info!

saw this posted and it appears the existing portal will go away next month. based on feedback ive seen, they still have a few bugs to work out before then!

They have posted similar before and then backed off because the new portal is not working properly. A lot of availability does not show up correctly.
 
Calendar view searching would be great!
 
I do like the calendar view. It does make finding something that works easier. But that assumes that all inventory is showing up properly.
 
I registered for the new portal, and it noticeably doesn't show the future years points balances correctly, only shows the amount you're eligible to borrow. I have some global choice points in 2026, and it let me use them to book but didn't show the balance anywhere.
 
appears the old site/portal went offline today and only the new system is available....

how is it going on a level from 10 to.... wyndham I.T.?
 
It is pretty rough. I would say that the fact that they did not have certain core pieces of functionality operational before sunsetting the old site is beyond frustrating.
 
Here is a good example of the experience their availability search is supposed to show only available days and then they show this. These are dates that should have availability appearing.

The new website still doesn't have a way to book the MaxTime deals. Now, the only option is to call the HICV phone number. Why would they take away a booking method?!
 
There is no way to book bonus time online using the new portal.
 
The portal sucks rocks big time.

I just checked last night and it did not show our May reservation! I called this morning and the reservation is still in place, I just can't see it in the portal. :crash:

The portal still will not allow booking bonus time at the remaining Silverleaf resorts. The old website allowed you to download an accounting of your points (additions and subtractions) for the previous years, present year and upcoming year. Portal, nada, ziltch, tough luck.
 
I find that calling is the best way to book now although I preferred to see the availability so I can book around that instead. I have a lot of free time. I can say the reservation team has never given me problems when I called in when I know what I wanted to book.

Portal is janky and I will get randomly logged out during my session while I'm browsing availability. And you cannot seem to see or book the maxtime offers as mentioned in previous post when it launched.

I'm convinced even more that HICV is doing shady things with their availabilities.

I am not a new timeshare owner but I am new to HIVC. I am wondering if members are happy with HIVC or dissatisfied? why or why not?

Now Bonus Time is available as an option for booking time in the four remaining Silverleaf resorts :clap:
 
May be a fluke, but I truly don't like this mew portal. I no longer have 13 mon booking window at my Resort access. The website restricts me at 10 months. I see the members guide does state Resort access is "13 to 10 months" but I've never had this issue with old portal. Anyone else? When I call, I can get the reservation I want, but the point of the portal is to not have to call in every time.

Open a support ticket. That's what I did about Bonus Time reservations and getting a reporting of point activity.

They have a list of enhancements, but the squeaky wheel usually gets oiled first.
